Shipping policy

 Ready-to-ship stock pieces will be dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order. Made to Order (MTO) pieces will take up to 6 weeks to dispatch, or as per the timeline mentioned in the specific product page. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and MTO items, all items will be shipped together once the MTO portion is ready. In case you need to return our products this comes free of charge but you may be asked to provide packaging and a TAX ID number in alignment with customs.

Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs for delivery. However, for international shipments, local taxes or customs duties may apply. Premium shipments are made using Transglobal or a similar courier company. Express shipments are made with UPS or an equivalent courier company. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our UK warehouse. Please note, that if your order is held up at customs, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make two delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt, your order may be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

 

Where do you ship my order from?

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse in London, UK.

 

Can I choose a delivery date / time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time. If it is an express shipment, you may try contacting the service provider to try to schedule a date and time.

 

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:

  • Track the order using the information from the confirmation email you received with your tracking information

  • Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct

  • In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the relevant service provider.

  • For further assistance, contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

 

Shipping Restrictions

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.
