If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is seamless. Both ready-to-wear and made to order items are eligible for full refunds.
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any branded dust bags, boxes, or garment covers.
Bespoke items or any made to order item with customization are not eligible for return, as these items are custom-made to your specifications.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email ourteam at [email protected]. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We may ask for pictures of the item(s) before proceeding.
Shipping Label: Once we review your request, we will create and share a shipping label with you.
Arrange Pickup: We will arrange for a courier to pick up the package from your location. You will be notified of the pickup details.
Packaging: Please securely pack the items in their original packaging, including any branded dust bags, boxes, or garment covers. Ensure that the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Hand Over to Courier: Hand over the packed items to the courier at the scheduled pickup time.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.
